I have recently switch my car insurance from Geico to USAA. It was a pretty easy switch. I called up USAA and got a quote from them. They were about a hundred dollars cheaper per 6 months. It had the same coverage, liability etc as Geico. I couldn't pass up the extra savings!!! Now I heard that every year depending on claims and how the members do, they give out a small dividend at the end of the year. So another words I will be getting a little more than a hundred dollars off. I am not sure why I did not change my insurance last year. I kept on calling USAA every three months and they were not cheaper but to come to find out they were adding a few things that I didn't want. I had good customer service with them but I wish I could have saved earlier. I like USAA and I highly recommend their insurances. However, buyer beware of there expansive mutual funds.
